Having issues with the registration link or with seeing the livestream?

If you are encountering difficulties opening the stream through the registration link provided, here are two simple workarounds that may solve the problem.
Both options will clear the cache for our site, which is a technical way of saying "refresh potentially old data stored on your device."
Option 1: Use the Refresh Link
Underneath the stream player is a link titled Refresh the page.
Click that link and the stream should restart.
Option 2: Alter your registration link
Step 1: Copy your registration link
- Locate the registration link provided to you. It should resemble something similar to: https://radical.net/event-registration/12345678
Step 2: Append "?clearcache" to the link
- After copying the registration link, open a new tab in your web browser.
- Paste the registration link into the address bar of the new tab.
- At the end of the link, add "?clearcache" without any spaces or quotation marks.
- The modified link should now look like this: https://radical.net/event-registration/12345678/?clearcache
Step 3: Load the page
- Press Enter or click the "Go" button to load the modified link.
- The page should now refresh, clearing any caching issues.
